非水体系合成不同形态的二氧化钛纳米晶及其光催化性能

Synthesis and Photocatalysis of Different Crystal Structure TiO2 Nanocrystals by Nonhydrolytic Solution-Based Reactions

本文在无水无氧条件下,采用溶剂热法合成了具有可见光催化活性的二氧化钛纳米晶。实验结果表明,当不添加表面活性剂时,能够得到粒径为8nm的球状TiO2纳米晶;当添加油酸作为表面活性剂时,TiO2纳米晶的形态转变为棒状,并聚集成束。形成不同形态纳米晶的机理是由于TiO2的(101)和(001)晶面在表面活性剂的作用下,其生长速度存在差异所致。两种形态的TiO2纳米晶在可见光下,均对甲基橙溶液具有良好的光催化降解能力。

In this paper, TiO2 Nanocrystals were synthesized by Solvothermal method using nonhydrolytic solution-based reactions. It had strong photocatalytic degradation activity under visible light. The experimental results show that spherical TiO2 nanocrystal which diameter was 8 nm was synthesized when the surfactant was not added and club-shaped TiO2 nanocrystal was synthesized when adding oleic acid as the surfactant. The growth mechanism of different crystal structure TiO2 nanocrystals was that the growth rates of the different crystal surfaces of TiO2 were different in the influence of surfactant. It was found that two forms of TiO2 nanocrystals had the performance of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.
