旋转冲压压气机压缩转子技术分析及展望
NALYSIS AND PROSPECT OF ROTOR TECHNOLOGY IN RAMGEN COMPRESSOR
摘要:旋转冲压压气机压缩转子是一种采用超音速飞行进气道中所用的激波压缩技术进行气流压缩的新型压缩系统。与常规压气机相比,具有单级压比高、压缩效率高、结构简单、体积小和重量轻的优点。通过对其工作原理及结构的分析,总结并分析了其关键技术,主要包括运动激波系的配置、泄露密封、转子支撑和附面层吸除等。最后,讨论了这种压缩转子的潜在用途。
bstract:The rotor of ramgen compressor is a new kind of system of compression that adapts the technology of shock wave compression commonly used in the supersonic flight inlet to compress air. Comparing to the conventional compressor, it has a simple configuration, and also has advantages of the higher single stage pressure ratio, small volume, higher compression efficiency and light engine weight. According to the analysis of the principle and configuration of the rotor, the key technology used in the rotor is outlined and analyzed in the paper, including the scheme of shock wave, the leakage and seal, the support of the rotor, and the boundary layer aspiration. In the end of the paper, the potential application of the rotor is discussed.
