本文对现有的水冷柜机进行利用改建成水冷式中央空调机组。在设计改造中，着重探讨了冷却水系统的设计过程及注意事项，包括冷却水量的确定及水处理方式的选择、冷却塔选型、系统管路的配置及其安装等相关问题。

The author do some studies on the design on cooling water system in Central Air Condition, which include design of the amount of cooling water, the method of water treatment, the type of cooling water tower and what we should pay attention to in design the system.
