基于AMESim的阀控非对称缸动态特性研究
Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Valve-controlled Asymmetric Cylinder Based on AMESim
针对给定的阀控非对称缸的负载流量及负载压力的定义,推导出理想零开口阀控非对称缸的数学模型,并利用AMESim软件建立了仿真模型,从理论和仿真角度分析了阀控非对称缸的动态特性影响因素,结果表明系统固有频率与液压缸活塞初始位置及两腔有效面积比有关。
In this paper,for a given valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder of load flow and load pressure,the mathematical models were deduced and a simulation model was constructded based on AMESim,the effects of system's dynamic characteristics were studied,it shows that the system natural frequency relate to the hydraulic cylinder piston initial position and the ratio of two cavities effective area.
