深冷工况铝塑膜拉伸及抗疲劳性能的探讨

本文研究了室温与液氮温度(-196℃)下,江苏与瑞典两种不同型号铝塑膜(某产品的防潮层)的拉伸性能和抗疲劳性能。试验结果表明:在-196℃,瑞典铝塑膜的拉伸性能优于江苏铝塑膜;经过5000次曲挠试验后,用SEM观察江苏铝塑膜与瑞典铝塑膜表面,两种铝塑膜表面均出现微观缺陷,但曲挠疲劳试验后江苏铝塑膜的拉伸性能基本保持不变,瑞典铝塑膜的拉伸性能略有上升,说明瑞典铝塑膜在低温下抗疲劳性能优于江苏铝塑膜。
he tensile properties and fatigue resistance of two different types of aluminum-plastic films (moisture-proof layer of a product) in Jiangsu and Sweden were studied at room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature (-196℃). The results show that the tensile properties of Swedish aluminum-plastic film are better than those of Jiangsu aluminum-plastic film at - 196 ℃; After 5000 bending tests, the surfaces of Jiangsu aluminum-plastic film and Swedish aluminum-plastic film were observed by SEM. There were micro defects on the surfaces of the two kinds of aluminum-plastic films. However, after the bending fatigue test, the tensile properties of Jiangsu aluminum-plastic film remained basically unchanged, and the tensile properties of Swedish aluminum-plastic film increased slightly, which showed that the fatigue resistance of Swedish aluminum-plastic film was better than that of Jiangsu aluminum-plastic film at low temperature..
