大豆抗花叶病毒SMV-3株系鉴定及抗性种质筛选
Identification of resistance to soybean mosaic virus (SMV-3) and selection of elite germplasms in soybean
利用大豆花叶病毒强致病株系SMV-3,接种100份大豆种质资源,鉴定不同大豆品种(系)的抗病性。结果发现,供试材料中19份资源对SMV-3表现免疫,其中9份来源于河北、3份来自北京、4份来自山东、3份来自山西;46份资源对SMV-3表现抗病,主要来自河北(17份)、北京(11份)和山东地区(5份)等。同时,上述抗病资源结合其产量相关性状表现,筛选出抗病、高产优异种质11份,为今后高产抗病大豆新品种选育及抗病分子生物学研究提供了重要资源。
total of 100 soybean varieties were inoculated with soybean mosaic virus virulent strain SMV-3 to evaluate their resistance. Nineteen varieties showed immunity to SMV-3: nine from the Hebei, three from the Beijing, four from the Shandong, three from the Shanxi, respectively. Also, 46 varieties showing resistance to SMV-3 were from Hebei (17 varieties), Beijing (11 varieties) and Shandong (5 varieties), respectively. In addition, among these resistant varieties, 11 varieties also showed ideal yield-related traits. These varieties were important resources for the breeding of soybean variety with improved resistance to SMV and the research of SMV resistance on molecular biology level.
