为解决关中地区的水资源短缺问题,引汉济渭工程将从水资源相对充足的汉江流域向水资源匮乏的关中地区引水,这一措施必然会引起汉江干流及支流流量过程的改变。本研究以汉江左岸支流酉水河为例,收集了酉水河上酉水街水文站1958-2013年内共35年的日流量资料,并用Mann-Kendall法和秩和检验法对其年径流量序列进行突变检验,分析得到不存在突变点,可以使用变化范围法(RVA)进行生态流量估算。利用RVA法初步估算出酉水河1-12月的生态流量值,并与其他水文学法进行对比,认为RVA法计算得出的生态流量值可以为酉水河生态流量估算提供参考,也可为引汉济渭工程中黄金峡水库的引水调水提供支撑。

o solve the shortage of water resources in Guanzhong region, we will transfer water form Hanjiang River Basin where water resources are abundant to Guanzhong region where water resources are scarce. This measure will inevitably cause changes of stream discharge in Hanjiang River and its tributaries. The study will focus on Youshuihe River, which is on the left bank of Hanjiang River. We have collected the daily discharge records of Youshuijie Station for the period of 1958-2013, which are totally 35 years. Mann-Kendall and slide rank sum are used to analyze change-points of the annual runoff, the analysis shows that there are no significant change-point and the date can be used to compute the ecological streamflow. RVA is used to compute the ecological streamflow from Jan. to Dec. in Youshuihe River. Comparing with other hydrological methodologies, we come to a conclusion that the ecological streamflow computed by RVA can provide reference to the estimation of ecological streamflow in Youshuihe River, and it can also offer support to the water diversion of Huangjinxia Hydropower Station in Han-to-Wei Water Diversion Project.
