“双一流”建设背景下CASHL深化学科服务的策略分析
Research on CASHL's Deep Subject Services Under the Background of “Double First-Rate” Construction
[目的/意义] 中国高校人文社会科学文献中心(CASHL)与高校图书馆在运行机制和服务内容等层面上都有差异,如何实现CASHL与学科服务的深度结合值得探讨。[方法/过程] 通过整合CASHL目前面临的挑战,提出在"双一流"建设的背景下CASHL深化学科服务的必要性。应用焦点小组调研法,调研用户应用CASHL的个性化体验、学术需求以及他们对于CASHL深化学科服务职能的相关建议。[结果/结论] CASHL可从定位学科服务职能、规划具体服务内容和方式、培养多元化服务执行者和建立合作机制等方面来深化学科服务。
Purpose/significance] China Academic Social Sciences and Humanities Library(CASHL) differs from the University Libraries in terms of operation mechanism and service content. How to achieve the deep combination of CASHL and subject services needs to discuss. [Method/process] By integrating the current development and challenge of CASHL, it is necessary for CASHL to carry out deep subject services under the " Double First-Rate" Construction background. Focus group survey was used to investigate the experience of users using CASHL and their related feedbacks on CASHL's deep subject service function. [Result/conclusion] This research proposes that CASHL should expand its deep subject services function from such aspects as positioning the discipline service function, planning specific service contents, training diversified service executors and establishing cooperation mechanism.
