基于模糊理论的汽车零部件可再制造性综合评价

In Europe and the United States and other industrialized countries, it has been attached great importance to remanufacturing of automobile. The remanufacturing of the automobile parts involves a variety of factors. It’s still lacking in effective way to evaluate the remanufacturability of spare parts. This brings on difficulties to decision-making and implementation of automobile remanufacturing. The remanufacturability of automobile parts are analyzed from the point of views of economic, technological, environmental and societal factors, the comprehensive evaluating indicators for automobile parts’ remanufacturability are established. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the parts’ remanufacturability, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up, the membership function is put forward. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation value is used as the numberical criterion to judge the remanufacturability, it provides theoretical basis for decision. An automobile engine is given out as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
