中药对EAE豚鼠脑内肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响
Effect of Chinese Medicine to TNF-αin Brain of Experimentl Allergic Encephaomye litis in guinea-Pig
为了探讨中药治疗多发硬化的治病机理。本文在建立实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)豚鼠模型的基础上，使用免疫组织化学及图像分析技术研究了多发硬化模型EAE豚鼠脑内肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化及中药复方温阳补肾方对其影响。光镜下观察到：正常豚鼠脑内TNF-α表达极弱，在EAE模型组和中药治疗组豚鼠脑内TNF-α阳性细胞主要分布于皮层、丘脑 、下丘脑及病灶周围的神经细胞及其它细胞。中药治疗组TNF-α阳性细胞数较模型组少,强度较弱。结果提示：TNF-α在EAE病变过程中起到了的促炎性因子的作用，其可在神经细胞及其他细胞上表达；中药温阳补肾方可在一定程度上抑制TNF-α的表达。
