过敏性肺炎免疫调控机制的研究进展

Research progress of immune regulation on hypersensitivity pneumonitis

在职业环境中吸入被真菌污染的有机粉尘可致过敏性肺炎,反复多次发生可导致不可逆性的肺组织纤维化,对工农业劳动者健康带来极大的危害。在过敏性肺炎的病理进程中,以淋巴细胞为代表的免疫细胞发挥了重要作用。多种类型的辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th cells)间的相互平衡与转化在很大程度上影响了病程的进展及转归,但目前其免疫调控机制尚未阐明。研究发现,调节性T细胞通过影响Th应答发挥对过敏性肺炎的调控作用。新近研究表明,调节性B细胞在多种炎性疾病中发挥免疫调控作用,但具体作用机制仍有待进一步研究。文章从调节性免疫细胞的角度,系统综述其在过敏性肺炎的发生发展过程中的作用,旨在为过敏性肺炎的预防及治疗提供新的实验和理论依据。

Inhalation of fugi contaminated organic dust in occupational environment induced hypersensitivity pneumonitis, repeated occurrence could led to the irreversible lung fibrosis, which brings great harm to workers in agriculture and industry. Immune cells, such as lymphocytes, play a critical role in the pathological process of hypersensitivity pneumonitis. The balance and the transformation of multiple types of Th cells influenced the development and the prognoses of hypersensitivity pneumonitis. However, the immune regulatory mechanism is not clear yet. Regulatory T cells were testified to modulate hypersensitivity pneumonitis by affecting Th immune response. Newly research demonstrate that regulatory B cells could affect many inflammatory diseases, but the detailed mechanism still need further investigation. This article systematically reviewed the mechanism of regulatory immune cells in the development of hypersensitivity pneumonitis. And the powerful experimental and theoretical foundation will be provided to help prevention and treatment of hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
