Preparation of carbon nanotubes/cadmium-sulfide composite materials and their optical properties

常温下通过硫代乙酰胺在乙二胺的水溶液中分解,在碳纳米管表面原位共沉淀生成硫化镉量子点。用UV-VIS、FT-IR、XRD、TEM等仪器对材料的光学性质和表面结构进行表征,结果表明硫化镉以由纤锌矿结构构成的球型纳米粒的形式均匀负载于碳纳米管表面,平均粒径约为10nm。

admium sulphide quantum dots were formed on the surface of multi-wall carbon nanotubes by decompose the thioacetamide in ethylenediamine aqueous solution at room tempreture .UV-VIS,FT-IR,XRD and SEM were applied to characterize the surface structure and optical properties of the hybrid heterostructures.The results showed that the cadimium sulphide nanoparticle has been in-situ encapsulated onto the surface of carbon nanotubes with wurtzite structure.The average size is 10 nm.
