U型渡槽运行期抗裂性能试验研究
Experimental study of U-style aqueduct under artificial simulation environment during running period
国内外已建或在建大型渡槽,几乎是“无槽不裂”。调查资料表明,混凝土结构中20%的裂缝源于外荷载,80%的裂缝却是由于温度、收缩变形等引起的。本文在人工气候模拟环境下开展U型渡槽模型运行期抗裂性能试验研究,通过测量模型渡槽混凝土运行期的温度和应变的变化,分析U型渡槽模型存在开裂风险的区域并提出相应的抗裂方法。
racks appeared in most of the huge aqueducts which are under construction or have been built. Survey data show that only 20% of cracks were due to external load, and the rest occurred as a result of temperature, shrinkage and deformation. The key problem is that how to effectively prevent the formation and development of cracks in U-style aqueducts. To solve this problem, the resist-cracking experiment of the U-style aqueduct model under the artificial climate simulation environment has been carried out. Through the measurement of temperature and strain of the U-style aqueduct during running period, analyze the cracking-risk areas and suggest several methods of preventing the cracks appearing in the U-style aqueduct.
