缺血性中风病气虚血瘀证大鼠模型的研究进展
Progress in Research on Rat model of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome of Ischemic stroke disease
缺血性中风病气虚血瘀证大鼠模型的研究是目前中医动物模型研究较为深入的领域之一。模型的制备方法很多，主要有病证结合包括单一因素和多因素复合制备、使用西医病理方法等方式。本文就近十年来缺血性中风病气虚血瘀证大鼠模型的制备及模型评价的进展进行综述，为今后的研究工作奠定基础。
he research on rat model of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of Ischemic stroke disease is one of the areas where animal models in research of traditional Chinese medicine currently, there are a lot of preparation methods of the model, the main methods including single factor and multiple factors combined compound preparation, using western medicine pathological methods. In this paper, the research progress of the preparation method and model evaluation of rat model of ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the near ten years will be summarized, laying the groundwork for future research work.
