用户对"互联网+护理服务"使用意愿的影响因素研究

With the aging problem becoming more and more serious in China, people with action difficulties, such as the elderly or disabled, have an increasingly strong demand for home care. "Internet + nursing service" provides a new way to solve this problem, while it makes up for the current shortage of healthcare resources to some extent. However, the "Internet + nursing service" is still in the early stage of development at present, people have a low understanding and acceptance of it. Therefore, it is very important to explore users\' willingness to use and the influencing factors. Based on a review of relevant literature, this study explored the relevant factors affecting users\' use of "Internet + nursing services" and the relationship among these factors. We collected data from 319 samples, which shows that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust positively affected willingness to use, while perceived risk negatively affected willingness to use. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness and trust, while perceived risk negatively affects perceived usefulness. The research results of this paper contribute to the healthy development of "Internet + nursing service" and provide certain reference for the government and relevant departments.
