采用传统高温固相法成功合成出了一种自发光钒酸盐Sr5(VO4)3Cl绿色荧光粉。运用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱分析等表征方法对其进行了研究。结果表明:在970℃下反应3 h,其中NH4Cl过量50%的条件下能得到Sr5(VO4)3Cl的纯相。当λex= 341 nm时,发射峰在400~650 nm处呈现一个宽带且中心发射波长为514 nm。单独引入Eu3+时,发射光谱仅呈现Eu3+的特征峰,而将Na+、Eu3+同时引入Sr5(VO4)3Cl时,则呈现钒酸根和Eu3+的特征峰。

he self-activated green-emitting phosphor of vanadate Sr5(VO4)3Cl was successfully sythesized by solid-state reaction. X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrometric analysis were used during the experiments. The results showed that pure phase of Sr5(VO4)3Cl was obtained under 970 oC for 3 hours' sintering with 50% excess NH4Cl. There were a quite broadband emission from 400 to 650 nm with only one peak at 514 nm when excitation wavelength was 341 nm. With Eu3+ doping in the Sr5(VO4)3Cl, the characteristic peaks of Eu3+ could be seen, however, when Na+ and Eu3+ co-doping in, the characteristic peaks of both [VO4]3- and Eu3+ could be seen.
