铁路通道牵引定数不一致下的货物始发直达列车优化
Optimization of freight load trains running in lines with individual hauling capacity
铁路大宗货物一般要求在尽可能地在装车地编组始发直达列车,这样可以减少在途中编组站的有调中转作业,缩短货物送达时间、降低物流成本和加快机车车辆循环。随着低碳运输的推进,越来越多的公路货流转移到铁路上,使得货物列车开行方案变得更为复杂。此外,我国铁路网规模庞大,受地形(如山区、平原等)和投资等级(如Ⅰ级铁路、Ⅱ级铁路等)的制约,并不是所有铁路区间的牵引定数是统一的。因此,是否要在列车牵引重量变化的区间上组织直达列车在理论和应用层面都成为一个亟待解决的问题。本文要解决的核心问题是在列车牵引重量不一致的线路上哪些车流可以组织点到点直达运输,哪些车流需要合并组成开行到非前方技术站解体的直达列车,哪些车流送往前方技术站集结。目标函数是不同的车流组织模式在装车地、运行途中、卸车地的总费用最小化。其中,按照最低牵引定数组织始发直达造成部分线路的运能损失亦考虑在途中费用里。考虑到每支车流只能列入一种列车中,故模型的数学形式是0-1规划模型。
he freight load trains which originate at the loading stations are required to carry the bulk cargoes as long as possible, so as to reduce the reclassification operations at marshalling stations during their itineraries, decrease the delivery time and logistics cost, promote the circulation of rolling stock. With the development of low carbon transportation, more and more freights are shifted from roads to railways, causing the freight load train formation plan at the loading stations more complicated. In addition, for a large railway network such as China, not all the railway links have the same hauling capacity because the geographical conditions (for example, certain lines are built in mountains while some are in plains) and investment levels (for example, class I and class II, etc.) of links are different. Therefore, whether to provide the load trains in the lines with individual hauling capacity has become a problem to be solved urgently at the theoretical and application levels. The core problem to be solved in this paper is which traffic flow can be carried by the entire train running through the link with individual hauling capacity, which traffic flows needs to be combined to form a load train disassembled at the yard which is not the first classification station in their itinerary, and which traffic flow sent to the first classification station for assembly. The objective function is to minimize the total cost of operating all shipments at the loading and the unloading stations, and the cost during itineraries under different train formation patterns. Among them, the waste of transportation capacity of certain lines caused by running the load trains with the lowest train weight is considered in the itinerary cost. Considering that each traffic flow can only be included in one type of train, the mathematical form of the model is a 0-1 programming model.
