一种风险型多属性灰靶决策方法

For grey risky multi-index decision-making problems, in which the alternatives index value are interval grey numbers and the attribute weights information is unknown ,a method based on grey target is proposed. Firstly, in order to keep index risk, the positive and negative expected deviate from clouts degree and comprehensive expected deviate from clouts degree are defined. Secondly, making full use of the risk decision matrix information, optimization model is established to determine the index weights. By calculating the comprehensive expected deviate from clouts degree to rank solutions. Finally, an example illustrates this model is suitable for the decision-making problems which index values are interval grey numbers, shows the feasibility and the validity of the model.
