Fabrication of ZnO/Au micro/nano sphere array for the sensitive detection of H2O2

本文采用自组装法制备胶体球模板,并通过离子刻蚀调节了胶体球尺寸,再利用离子溅射和磁控溅射法在胶体球模板表面依次沉积了Au层和ZnO层,进而获得ZnO/Au微纳球形阵列。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等对所获得材料的形貌和成分进行了分析,结果显示所获得的微纳球形阵列的微球直径为400 nm,间隔为500 nm,微球表面呈现颗粒状起伏,颗粒直径从十几纳米到几十纳米大小不一。随后利用电化学工作站测试了材料对过氧化氢电化学传感特性,结果表明所构筑的ZnO/Au微纳球形阵列对过氧化氢探测灵敏度可达2160μA?mM-1cm-2,探测极限为0.1 μM,表明ZnO/Au微纳球形阵列是性能优异的过氧化氢电化学传感电极材料。

In this paper, ordered ZnO/Au micro/nanostructured sphere array was successfully synthesized based on a monolayer polystyrene sphere template. That is, Au layer was first deposited into the template by ion sputtering method. And then, ZnO layer was deposited onto the Au layer by magnetron sputtering. Morphology observation revealed that the prepared ZnO/Au micro/nanostructure is arranged in an ordered hexagonal close-packed sphere array composed of particles. The ZnO/Au micro/nanostructured sphere array can be used directly as a hydrogen peroxide sensor material. It exhibited higher sensitivity of 2.16 mA mM-1cm-2 attributed to the large surface area and the synergistic effect of ZnO/Au micro/nanostructured pore array.
