针刀松解法对肩周炎模兔抗氧化能力的影响

目的:观察针刀松解法对不同病理分期肩周炎模兔抗氧化能力的影响,探讨针刀松解法对肩周炎干预作用的可能机制。方法:将48只雄性新西兰家兔随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组、针刀A组(疼痛期干预)、针刀B组(僵硬期干预)、针刀C组(疼痛期及僵硬期均干预),每组8只。应用持续劳损加冰敷方法制备肩周炎家兔模型,电针组和针刀各组分别行电针和针刀治疗,于实验第33天进行实验取材,分别取血浆、肱二头肌、冈上肌、冈下肌、大圆肌,检测MDA、SOD和T-AOC的变化。结果:针刀松解法对不同病理分期的肩周炎模兔血清和局部肌肉中的MDA均具有良好的调整作用,可显著降低模兔血清和局部肌肉组织中异常MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时对血清和肌肉组织中的SOD和T-AOC也有较好的调整作用。结论:针刀松解法可对肩周炎模型家兔血清和局部肌肉组织中的氧自由基代谢发挥良性调节作用,针刀松解法对不同病理分期的肩周炎模兔的抗氧化能力的影响,可能是其发挥治疗作用的重要环节之一。

Objective: To observe effect of acupotomy lysis(AL ) on antioxidant capacity in rabbit with different pathological staging frozen shoulder so as to explore mechanism of acupotomy lysis. Methods: 48 male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into Normal group, model group, electro-acupunvture (EA) group, AL group A (intervene at pain stage ), AL group B (intervene at stiffness stage), AL group C (intervene at pain stage and stiffness stage), Each group has 8 rabbits. Method of continued strain plus ice compress was used to prepare the frozen shoulder rabbit models, EA group and AL groups were underwent electroacupuncture and acupotomy lysis therapy respectively. Samples were taked on day 33. The serum, biceps, supraspinatus, infraspinatus muscle, teres major were taken to observe the change of MDA, SOD and T-AOC. Results: Acupotomy lysis has a benign effect on regulating the contents MDA in serum and local tissue, and can decrease the contents of MDA(P<0.05,P<0.01). Acupotomy lysis also has a benign effect on regulating the contents SOD and T-AOC in serum and local tissue.Conclusion: Acupotomy lysis has a benign effect on regulating the oxygen free radical metabolic in serum and local tissue with different pathological staging frozen shoulder, this may play an important role in the treatment effect.
