论文研究并实现了一种脉冲宽度和重复频率可调谐的短脉冲半导体激光器种子源。系统采用FPGA来产生脉冲,通过串并转换芯片对脉冲进行压缩来产生高重复频率的短脉冲信号,其脉宽和重复频率均可调节,脉冲宽度可在400ps至1ms之间调节,重复频率可任意调节,该短光脉冲信号可用作激光加工的种子光源。

Research and design a narrow pulsed semiconductor seed laser, whose pulse width and pulse-repetition-frequency are adjustable. The circuit uses FPGA to generate pulse, and then compresses the pulse using SERDES chip to generate high pulse-repetition-frequency laser pulse. Both of its repetition frequency and pulse width can be adjustable. The pulse width can be adjusted between 400ps and 1ms. And the reprtition frequency can be adjusted discretionarily. The narrow pulsed optical pulse can be used as the seed laser in laser processing.
