含大规模风电电力系统紧急状态控制策略
Emergency control strategy for large scale wind power system
风电的大规模接入使得电力系统发生严重故障采取紧急暂态控制策略时,必须考虑风电的影响。本文分析了风电并网对系统暂态稳定的影响,认为其具有两面性;基于此,研究了切机控制作为系统紧急控制策略,提出了一种较为实际的含风电切机策略的控制方案,增加了风电的切机量,以减少火电的切机量,提高系统的稳定性。最后通过算例仿真说明了策略的有效性。
With the integration of large-scale wind power, the emergency control strategy of the power system must consider the impact of wind power when serious fault happens. This paper analyzes the impact of wind farm integration on power system transient stability, considering it has two sides; based on this, using the generator tripping measure as the emergency control strategy of the system, this paper puts forward a wind considered tripping strategy scheme, which can reduce the amount of coal cutting machine and is practical. Finally the simulation illustrates the effectiveness of the strategy.
