通过色素特征统计分析对海洋浮游硅藻进行分类

为了建立有针对性地海洋浮游藻化学分类方法, 本文使用高效液相色谱测定分析了主要分离自中国胶州湾海域的6属12种14个品系的浮游硅藻的光合色素组成。通过对叶绿素a的归一化计算得出了各色素比率, 对色素比率进行再计算得到各色素之间的比率即次级色素比率。通过对样品的聚类和判别分析, 发现3个次级色素比率–叶绿素c2:叶绿素c1、岩藻黄素:总叶绿素c和硅甲藻黄素:硅藻黄素具有将14个硅藻品系分成和生物学分类基本吻合的4个类别的能力。在此基础上提出浮游藻的逐步化学分类设想, 以实现对浮游藻纲以下级别进行化学分类的目的。

he photosynthetic pigments of 12 species (14 strains) of cultured diatoms from 6 genera were examined by HPLC. These were the Skeletonema, Thalassiosira, Chaetoceros, Nitzschia, Phaeodactylum and Meuniera. All species were isolated from China seas and most of them were from Jiaozhou Bay, China. 15 pigments were identified and more than half of them were various chlorophyll a derivatives. Chlorophyll a, c2 and c1 and the carotenoids fucoxanthin, diadinoxanthin, diatoxanthin and β, β-carotene were existed in all species. No new marker pigment was found in these species. Pigment ratios were calculated by normalized to chlorophyll a and compared with the results in literatures. Secondary ratios were obtained by recalculating the pigment ratios (called primary ratios then), and three of them-Chlorophyll c2: Chlorophyll c1, Fucoxanthin:Chlorophylls c and Diadinoxanthin:Diatoxanthin-were confirmed having the ability of classifying 14 diatom strains to 4 biologically congruent groups by the c
