改性MCM-41的超声触发释药性能研究

本文采用微波辅助合成法合成MCM-41介孔分子筛,以硝酸铁为铁源制备Fe-MCM-41。用浸渍法将抗肿瘤药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)作为模拟药物分别组装在两种材料中。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR),粉末X射线衍射(XRD),低温N2吸附等手段对材料进行表征,考察了常规条件和超声条件下组装体在人工模拟胃液中的药物释放行为。结果表明:微波辅助合成法成功制备出了有序的介孔材料MCM-41和Fe-MCM-41,5-Fu成功组装在两种介孔材料中;在人工模拟胃液中,组装体超声条件下的药物释放速率大于常规释放。

In this paper, MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves was synthesized by microwave method, ferric nitrate as the iron source was used for preparing Fe-MCM-41. Anticancer drugs 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) as a model drug were assembled into the two materials by the impregnation method. The materials were charactered by the means of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), low temperature N2 adsorption. The drug release of assemblies were investigated under routine condition and ultrasonic condition in artificial gastric juice. The results show that: microwave-assisted synthesis successfully prepared ordered mesoporous MCM-41 and Fe-MCM-41, and 5-Fu successfully assembled into the both mesoporous materials. In artificial gastric juice, the drug release rate of the drug assemblies in ultrasonic is better than conventional release .
