基于EMD的自混合干涉相位提取算法研究

为实现光反馈机制下自混合干涉相位精确提取,本文提出了一种基于EMD的自混合干涉信号相位提取的方法。首先,采用EMD算法对含噪的自混合干涉信号进行了降噪预处理,然后在对自混合干涉信号相位求解的过程中,利用希尔伯特黄变换(HHT)原理实时提取每一时刻的瞬时相位,将其去包裹处理后得到真实相位。本文在不同光反馈条件下,对基于EMD的相位提取算法进行了仿真研究。最后,搭建了基于自混合干涉效应的微位移测量实验平台,进行实验研究。实验结果表明,利用该方法可以实现对自混合干涉信号的相位提取,最大误差小于0.6 rad。仿真和实验结果一致,说明了EMD方法应用于自混合干涉相位提取的有效性。
In order to achieve the precise extraction of the phase under the light feedback mechanism, Based on EMD algorithm, an adaptive phase extraction method is proposed In this paper. First of all, the EMD algorithm is acted on of SMI mixed the noising signals,then using the principle of HHT to extract the instantaneous phase information in the SMI signal in time and retrieve the true phase of the object from wrapped phase. In this paper, the phase extraction algorithm based on EMD were simulated under different optical feedback conditions. Finally, an experimental setup based on Self-mixing interference has been demonstrated to conduct studies. The experimental results show that this method is correct in principle and can be used in the precise extraction and The maximum error is less than 0.6rad. The simulative results are consistent with the experimental results, which show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
