双传声器法吸声系数测量系统设计及误差分析
esign a System Measuring Sound Absorption Coefficient Based on Two-Microphone Method and Its Error Analysis
本文依据双传声器传递函数法测量原理,利用虚拟仪器技术和LabVIEW软件平台,采用模块化的编程思想,开发出一套材料法向吸声系数测量系统,并依次完成了信号发生模块、传声器校准模块、数据采集模块及吸声系数计算模块的程序编写。在相同的实验条件下,把本测量系统与声望公司吸声系数测量结果进行比较,结果表明本系统具有较高的测量精度。然后,在本系统测量条件下,讨论了两个传声器之间距离和系统分析谱线数,对吸声系数测量结果的影响。
ccording to the method of two-microphone transfer function method,the paper designed a measurement system about the material normal absorption coefficient based on Technique of virtual instrument and LabVIEW development environment. The system used modular block to realized the signal produced,microphone calibration,data acquisition and sound coefficient calculation function.Under the identical experimental conditions,the measurement results are compared with BSWA TECH material which is confirmed that the system is reliable. Through analysis of the data processing,the frequency resolution and the influence of the sound absorption coefficient of the distance between the microphone was discussed.
