基于凹点检测的根系分支区域分离算法

为了对原位根系进行表型参数测量和定量分析,基于根系CT序列图像构建的骨架点模型,在主根分枝过渡根段出现断裂不连续,在此基础上构建的线模型出现偏移。根据分枝根段CT序列图像的凹陷特征,利用凸包原理,提出一种凹点检测区域分割的方法来分离凹凸性明显的分枝粘连轮廓图,从而根据圆度定位出主根分叉起始轮廓。通过对分叉起始处和区域分离后轮廓提取质心点,根据空间曲线参数方程将这些点集进行曲线拟合,得到较为符合根系生长特性的骨架线模型。通过分离前后构建根段的骨架点云模型和骨架线模型效果对比,证明此方法简单有效。
In order to get the 3D-skeleton of plant root to analyze to its configuration parameters ,there has some methods been tried.But the present methods to acquire 3D-skeleton of plant root with slices of CT are not so precise, especially the area between emerged branch root to the complete separated,there will be offsetting and fracture discontinuity .The method mainly discussed here to correct it to split those CT slice of plant root area which between the main root transits to the branch. A segmentation proposed here to split them and get the new region-area to calculate the skeleton points which are at the basis of the traits of the each single slice of the plant root area.Then using 3D modeling and curve fitting technology to rebuild the root`s 3D skeleton model.Contrast the result of Skeleton Point Cloud Model and Skeleton Line Model of Root between before and after Separation, indicate the algorithm is simple and effective.
