Research on the Mechanismof Water Security Complex Adaptive Systems

鉴于目前水安全系统研究和评价理论及方法的局限性,引入复杂适应系统(CAS)理论,可以有效模拟出水安全系统的演化规律,准确描述主体的行为特征和发展方向。将流域水安全系统看成是由若干个(种)相对独立的自主主体构成的一个相互竞争,协同进化,合作共生的网络体系。阐述水安全复杂适应系统的4个特性和3个机制,分析了水安全系统的复杂适应特性,为进一步研究水安全系统管理、评价及预警提供理论依据,拓展了复杂适应系统理论的应用范围。

Given the limitations of the current system of water security research and evaluation theory and methods, the introduction of complex adaptive systems (CAS) theory, can effectively simulate the evolution of water security system, an accurate description of the behavior of the main characteristics and development direction. The basin water security system as a relatively independent autonomous body constituted by a number of competing one (species), co-evolution, co-symbiotic network. Elaborate four properties and three mechanisms of water security complex adaptive system, and analyzes the characteristics of complex systems water security system, providing a theoretical basis for further study of water security system management, assessment and early warning, expanding the scope of application of complex adaptive systems theory.
