益气养阴、清热利湿、活血化瘀中药影响肾小球系膜的中医机理探讨

阐述具有益气养阴、清热利湿、活血化瘀作用的中药复方抑制系膜细胞增生和基质增多的中医机理。中医理论认为，肾小球系膜细胞增生和系膜基质增多的内在基础是气阴两虚，或阴虚/气虚，湿热、瘀血参与了病变的形成，又是促进其进一步发展的加重因素。益气养阴、清热利湿、活血化瘀法切中了导致系膜细胞增生和系膜基质增多以气阴两虚、湿热、血瘀为主的病理机制，从而具有抑制系膜细胞增生和系膜基质增多的作用。
To explain the mechanisms of inInhibiting Mesangial cell proliferation and Mesangial matrix increase treated by the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula with the action of tonifying Qi and Yin, clearing away heat-dampness and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In TCM, intrinsic foundation of Mesangial cell proliferation and Mesangial matrix increase was deficicy of Qi and Yin. In addition, heat-dampness and blood stasis involved in formation and development of this Lesion .The method of treatment of tonifying Qi and Yin, clearing away heat-dampness and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis aimed directly at the pathologic mechanisms of deficicy of Qi and Yin, heat-dampness and blood stasis resulted in Mesangial cell proliferation and Mesangial matrix increase. So it can inInhibit Glomerular mesangial cell proliferation and Mesangial matrix increase.
