S溶胶前驱体溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2光催化薄膜

本文介绍了一种新型制备二氧化钛光催化薄膜的无机盐溶胶凝胶法。以无机盐TiOSO4、氨水、H2O2为原料制备了含有针状锐钛矿晶粒的AS(autoclaved sol简写为AS)溶胶,AS溶胶呈中性或弱碱性。以AS溶胶为前驱体在玻璃片上经常温干燥、300℃和500℃热处理30min制备了透明纳米TiO2光催化薄膜,采用FT-IR、XRD、SEM、UV-Vis、XPS等测试手段对AS溶胶和TiO2薄膜进行了表征。结果表明:AS溶胶状态呈浅黄色、半透明,室温下长期稳定,溶胶均匀分布着长80nm,径向长20nm的针状锐钛矿晶粒,通过浸渍涂覆法制备的TiO2薄膜呈透明状,在可见光下透光率超过90%, 经热处理后薄膜表面晶粒互相连接形成网状结构,随热处理温度的提高薄膜趋于均匀致密。薄膜表面含有Ti、O、C、N以及热处理时从基体表面扩散到薄膜中的少量Na元素。在自制的光催化反应装置中以10mg/L甲基橙为降解对象,考察了TiO2薄膜的光催化性能,在4h内直接干燥的TiO2薄膜脱色率达到95%,经热处理后薄膜的光催化性能有一定提高,这说明采用AS溶胶前驱体制备的TiO2薄膜光催化性能良好。

new inorganic Sol-Gel method was introduced in this paper to prepare TiO2 photocatalytic thin films. The autoclaved sol (AS) was synthesized by using titanyl sulfate (TiOSO4), ammonia as raw materials and peroxide (H2O2) as complexing agent, the AS sol was neutral or alkalescent . The transarent nano anatase TiO2 thin films fixed on glass plate substrates were prepared from the AS precursor dried under infrared light and heated at 300℃, 500℃ for 30min, the FT-IR、XRD, SEM, UV-Vis and XPS were applied to characterized the AS sol and TiO2 thin films. The results indicated that the AS sol was light yellow, semitransparent and stable at room temperature, and contained needle-like anatase crystals which were 80nm in length and 20nm in diameter and well distributed in the sol. The dip-coated TiO2 films were transparent and its maximal light transmittance exceed 90% under visible light.
