为构建“生成式人工智能+智慧图书馆”建设评价指标体系,以促进新兴技术与智慧图书馆的耦合,本文开展了智慧图书馆智慧化水平测度实践,建立一套综合性的评价体系,研究首先采用层次分析法(AHP)确定所有指标权重基准,并结合ChatGPT模型客观赋予一级和二级指标权重,同时通过问卷调查法确定二级指标权重,确保评价指标的专业性、权威性和科学性。最终形成由4个构面指标、12个一级指标、36个二级指标组成的“生成式人工智能+智慧图书馆”建设评价指标体系。研究结果为智慧图书馆建设提供了全面的评价依据,弥补了现有研究中缺乏的评价体系,以评价视域下提出“生成式人工智能+智慧图书馆”的建设意见,促进了智慧图书馆与新技术、新装备、新系统的融合发展。

In order to build an evaluation index system for the construction of "generative artificial intelligence + smart library" and promote the coupling of emerging technologies and smart library, this paper carries out the practice of measuring the intelligent level of smart library and establishes a comprehensive evaluation system. Firstly, the analytic hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted to determine the weight benchmark of all indicators. In addition, the first and second indexes are given weights objectively based on ChatGPT model, and the second indexes are determined by questionnaire survey to ensure the professional, authoritative and scientific evaluation indexes. Finally, a construction evaluation index system of "generative artificial intelligence + smart library" is formed, which consists of 4 dimension indicators, 12 first-level indicators and 36 second-level indicators. The research results provide a comprehensive evaluation basis for the construction of smart library, make up for the lack of evaluation system in existing studies, and propose the construction opinions of "generative artificial intelligence + smart library" from the perspective of evaluation, promoting the integration and development of smart library with new technologies, new equipment and new systems.
