校办企业业绩评价指标体系研究

文章分析了校办企业绩效评价的现状以及存在的问题，针对问题，结合校办企业的实际情况，借鉴平衡计分卡，提出一个校办企业绩效评价指标框架，并给出一个可参考的评价指标综合方法。
It is necessary for measuring performance of university-owned enterprise. The status and problem of performance measurement of university-owned enterprise are analysis in this paper. Then contraposing the problem and combining university-owned enterprise’s fact and using BSC for reference, we put forward a framework for performance measurement of university-owned enterprise, then suggest using AHP to synthesize the metrics.
