可选择应答方式的IEEE 802.11e EDCF改进协议
Modified IEEE 802.11e EDCF with Selective Acknowledgement
本文提出可选择应答方式的IEEE 802.11e EDCF改进协议:SAEDCF。在考虑实时业务和非实时业务特点的基础上,SAEDCF提供不同的服务策略:实时业务采用ACK应答机制,非实时业务采用无ACK应答机制,从而引入接入控制机制,更好地保证实时业务的服务质量。此外,SAEDCF使用延迟ACK应答方式,以解决暴露站点问题。本文使用3维Markov链分析在不同负载强度下SAEDCF系统吞吐量和多媒体业务的分组成功发送概率。仿真结果表明:SAEDCF的性能优于EDCF,理论分析结果基本正确。
IEEE 802.11e EDCF protocol with selective acknowledgement, SAEDCF is proposed in this paper. After considering the characteristics of real-time and non-real-time traffic, SAEDCF provides different service policy for multimedia traffic, such as acknowledgement for real-time service and no acknowledgement for non-real-time service, so quality of real-time service is assured better with admission control mechanism. SAEDCF may solve the problem of Exposed Station by using delayed acknowledgement. A tri-dimensional Markov chain is presented to compute system throughput and successful transmission probability of multimedia service under any network load. Simulation results show that SAEDCF performs better than EDCF does and the analytical result is accurate.
