缠绕拉力对T700碳纤维复合材料性能影响的试验研究
Experimental study on the winding tensions effect of the T700 carbon fiber composite properties
本文主要介绍了碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料制作过程中不同缠绕张力对碳纤维复合材料性能的影响。试验结果表明随着缠绕张力的增大,碳纤维复合材料拉伸强度先增后减,材料拉伸模量先减后增;在缠绕拉力为59N时,材料拉伸强度最大,在缠绕拉力为78N时,材料拉伸模量最大。碳纤维复合材料拉伸强度与缠绕拉力之间的关系比拉伸模量和缠绕拉力之间的关系更敏感;在制作碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料丝过程中,缠绕拉力60N左右能更好的保证材料的拉伸强度和拉伸模量。
he influence of different winding tensions on the carbon fiber epoxy composite (CFEC) properties with its production was studied. Test results showed that tensile strength of CFEC first increased and then decreased with the increase of winding tension, the tensile modulus first decreased and then increased with the increase of winding tension. The maximum values of tensile strength and tensile modulus were achieved at 59N and 78N of winding tension. The tensile strength of CFEC was sensitive to winding tensions rather than tension modulus. When the winding tension was 60N, the better of CFEC properties were achieved with its production.
