LCL型光伏电站谐振不稳定分析研究
Study on the Resonant Instability of LCL-TYPE Photovoltaic Farms
针对LCL型光伏逆变器组成的光伏电站的高频谐振问题,本文对其产生机理进行了分析研究:光伏电站在特定频率范围内的电路特性表现为电阻与电容的串联结构,因此会与呈现感性的电网构成等效RLC谐振电路,从而在并网电流中产生高频谐振电流。在此基础上,从理论上研究了等效RLC谐振电路的激励条件,分析了逆变器控制环节对等效RLC谐振电路阻尼特性的影响规律。最后,通过仿真实验验证了上述理论分析结果的正确性与有效性。
For the grid side current fed LCL inverter based photovoltaic farms, the mechanism of high-frequency resonance is revealed in this paper: the photovoltaic power station is equal to the circuit in which the resistance is connected in series with the capacitor in a certain frequency region, and it will be possible to construct an equivalent RLC resonant circuit with inductive grid impedance to produce an unstable or weak damping circuit resonance, represented as a high frequency resonant component emerging in the grid side current of LCL inverter. In addition, this paper theoretically verifies the RLC equivalent circuit and analyzes its excitation conditions. Furtherly, the influence of the control function of the LCL inverter on the damping characteristics of the equivalent resonant circuit is analyzed. Finally, the correctness of the analysis is verified by simulation experiments.
