鉴于TD-LTE在频谱利用和非对称业务上的优势,电力行业正在考虑建设基于TD-LTE技术的电力无线专网,以实现"坚强智能电网"的目标。然而,稀缺的频率资源,昂贵的租借费用,是TD-LTE专网建设的难点。本文以中国电力无线专网为例,探讨使用载波聚合技术在甚高频离散频段建设TD-LTE无线专网,并分析230MHz传播特性以及窄带TD-LTE网络可靠性,采用自适应的信息采集方案,通过最大紧急优先调度,有效保证了突发业务的成功率,在轮询调度方案的基础上,获得了系统性能上的提升,为后续的TD-LTE无线专网建设提供借鉴和参考。
In order to build "Strong Smart Grid", the private network builders now are thinking to build a TD-LTE private network as a solution, for the advantages of spectrum utilization and asymmetric transmission. However, the scarce spectrum resource and the high loan cost are the difficulties of the construction of TD-LTE private network. So this paper will take the China power wireless private network for example to explore the application of carrier aggregation at 230MHz to build the network, and also make use of the technology of self-adaption and MUF, in order to guarantee the success rate of burst traffic, to provide references for the construction of the TD-LTE private network.
