According to the principle ,selected Siemens S7-200 PLC to develop control system for multi-emulsion pump station, introduces hardware and software architecture of this system as well as some problems involves in design. The completed of this control system implement the emulsion pump station self-operation and self-monitoring round-the-clock, greatly improves work efficiency of Comprehensive Mechanized Working Face.
