采用多泵并联乳化液泵站是提高液压支架追机速度的最好办法,通过对压力、时间等参数的监测可以判断出工作面同时工作的液压支架的数量,从而控制同时开启的乳化液泵的台数,基于以上原理本文采用西门子S7-200可编程控制器研制开发了乳化液泵站多泵控制系统,并系统的介绍了该控制系统的硬件组成和软件结构,以及在设计中涉及到的一些问题。该控制系统的研制成功,实现了乳化液泵站的全天候自动运行与自动监测,大大提高了综采工作面的工作效率。

Multi-emulsion pump station is the best way to improve the speed of hydraulic supports .By monitoring the parameters such as pressure、time can judged the amount of simultaneously operating supports, so as to control the number of emulsion pump opened. According to the principle ,selected Siemens S7-200 PLC to develop control system for multi-emulsion pump station, introduces hardware and software architecture of this system as well as some problems involves in design. The completed of this control system implement the emulsion pump station self-operation and self-monitoring round-the-clock, greatly improves work efficiency of Comprehensive Mechanized Working Face.
