机械结合面弹塑性接触统计学模型
Statistical models of mechanical joint interface considering elastic-plastic deformation
为准确揭示机械结合面的弹塑性接触变形机制,通过对单一微凸体的接触分析,利用统计学方法建立了结合面量纲一实际接触面积、接触载荷与接触刚度模型,并基于模型进行仿真分析。结果表明:结合面量纲一平均表面距离随着量纲一接触载荷的增加而减少;量纲一接触面积和接触刚度随着量纲一接触载荷的增加而增加,当量纲一接触载荷增加一定程度时,量纲一接触面积值趋于名义接触面积值,但量纲一接触刚度值与理想接触刚度值相差较远;当结合面处于弹性和弹塑性接触状态时,塑性指数越大,量纲一实际接触面积越大,而量纲一平均接触距离和接触刚度就越小;当处于完全塑性状态时,塑性指数越大,量纲一接触刚度和平均接触距离相应越大,而量纲一实际接触面积反而较小。
In order to reflect the mechanices of elastic, elastic-plastic, and plastic deformation of mechanical joint interface, the real area of contact, contact load and contact stiffness model of joint interface are developed based on the statistical method with analysis of an elastic-plastic asperity microcontact. Theoretical calculation results show that the dimensionless contact load increases as the dimensionless mean surface separation decreases. The dimensionless real contact area and contact stiffness increase with the increases of the dimensionless contact load, especially, the value of real contact area reach the nominal one when the contact load increases to a certain extent, but the value of contact stiffness deviates from the ideal one. The dimensionless real contact area increases as the plasticity index increases, and the dimensionless mean surface separation and contact stiffness decrease in the elastic and elastoplastic deformation regime. The dimensionless mean surface separation and contact stiffness increase as the plasticity index increases, and the dimensionless real contact area decreases in the fully plastic deformation regime.
