用分形理论探讨碳化物对高铬铸铁性能影响

Fractal Theory Discussing on Effects of Carbides on Properties of High-Cr Cast Iron

通过大量的实验数据分析,研究了高铬白口铸铁采用钒铁变质后,不同的钒量时碳化物的形态、大小、数量的变化对高铬铸铁的硬度、冲击韧性及耐磨性的影响。同时应用分形理论解释了碳化物的形态、大小、数量的变化对高铬铸铁的硬度、冲击韧性及耐磨性的影响,实验结果表明:适量的钒铁可以使高铬铸铁组织细化,碳化物形态改善,获得韧性和耐磨性的良好配合;随钒铁量的增加分形维数先增加达到最大值后再逐渐减小。

By analyzing a great deal of experiment data, the relation is discussed between V’s quality and change of high Cr iron microstructure and performance(hardness、impact toughness、 abrasive resistance).And fractal theory is applied for the quantitative analysis of the carbide morphology and dimension and gets the relation between the carbide morphology and dimension and high Cr iron performance. The experimental results show that the structure of high Cr iron can be fine and good coordination of abrasive resistance and toughness; the fractal dimension increases first and then decreases while V’s quality changes.
