矿井降温系统方案决策指标及权值确定

新建以及生产矿井存在高温热害灾害较严重需要进行矿井制冷降温系统设计时,应对各方案进行经济技术比较,确定最优的矿井制冷降温系统及其设计方案。本文采用“专家咨询法”确定了矿井降温系统方案优化决策时可以采用的10项评判指标;采用相对重要性序列矩阵法求出了各指标的权值;对各指标进行了重要性程度排序。为矿井制冷降温系统方案优化决策奠定基础。
While there is serious heat harm in the mines which are under construction and in production, and it’s necessary to design mine refrigeration cooling system. In order to determine the optimal mine refrigeration cooling system, we should compare the various schemes in economy and technology. In this paper, 10 evaluation indicators which could be used in mine cooling system optimization and decision-making have been established with \"Delphi method\"; the weights of each index have been derived with the method of the relative importance of the sequence of matrix; the degree having carried out significance on every index is ordered. All of this laid the foundation for mine cooling system optimization and decision-making.
