Highly Efficient PHOLEDs Hosted by Asymmetric Design of Bipolar Host Materials with Novel 1,2,3-triazole core

本文利用非对称的1,2,3-三氮唑作为核心,设计合成了两个新的双极主体材料dDPAmTAZ和dN-PhCzmTAZ两种双极主体材料. 得益于非对称的1,2,3-三氮唑核心和间位偶联,两者的三线态能级达到2.74 eV以上,使得其可以作为PHOLED的主体材料。以dN-PhCzmTAZ做主体制备的绿色磷光器件,主要性能电流效率/功率效率/外量子效率(CE/ PE / EQE)最高分别能够达到29.4 cd/A、17.1 lm/W和8.9%,都明显优于以对称的1,2,4-三氮唑衍生物为主体制备的器件。

he intrinsic asymmetry of 1,2,3-triazole as the core was designed and synthesized two novel bipolar host materials, dDPAmTAZ and dN-PhCzmTAZ. Benefiting from the meta-linkage and asymmetry of 1,2,3-triazole, high triplet energies over 2.74 eV made them good candidates for host materials in phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices. The best efficiencies of 29.4 cd/A, 17.1 lm/W and 8.9% in CE/PE/EQE were achieved when dN-PhCzmTAZ was used as a green host material in device evaluation. The results are better than those of 1,2,4-triazole as host.
