零售商主导下价格敏感型的供应链期权契约研究

supply chain consisting of a supplier and a retailer is considered in the paper, in which the retailer is a leader and the supplier is the follower. A pure supply chain option contract can not coordinate supply chain when we research the option contract from the perspective that price is dependent on demand. Therefore, a supply chain option contract system with revenue sharing is established through researching this question. Research shows that the supply chain option contract system with revenue sharing can coordinate the retailer-led supply chain in the research. At last a numerical example is provided to verify the conclusion.
