粉煤灰混凝土碳化性能研究

通过快速碳化试验,研究了不同粉煤灰掺量(0~50%)对混凝土碳化的影响,并结合碳化模型得到的计算值与实测值进行对比。结果表明:基于fick定律并综合考虑水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、胶凝材料的总用量的掺粉煤灰混凝土的碳化模型较为可靠。由于碳化模型的扩散系数是建立在碳化后,因此碳化时间越长计算值与实际值吻合度越高。混凝土的碳化深度随着粉煤灰掺量的增加加剧,当粉煤灰掺量低于20%时对碳化深度影响不大,超过20%时影响较为明显。

Based on accelerated carbonation test, effect of replacing ratio of fly ash(0-50%),and the prediction model of carbonation depth is contrasted with the measured value. The results : the carbonation model based on fick principles and water-binder ratio, the mixed quantity of cementitious materials, the total amount of gelled material is relatively reliable. Beause the diffusion coefficient is obtained after carbonation, the prediction depth is more accurate when the carbonation last a long time.the depth of carbonation will be increase by the content of fly ash; when the fly ash content is less than 30%, the carbonation depth will be little influence; more than 30% is contrary.
