镧掺杂对β-锂霞石的性能影响
Influence of lanthanum additive on beta-eucryptite
采用镧做添加剂用溶胶凝胶法制备了β-锂霞石。研究了镧添加对β-锂霞石的相转变,微结构和锂离子电导率的影响。扫描电镜观察证明在1180℃会形成大长径比的棒状含镧锂霞石,并随着烧结温度的增高而消失。镧会形成低温液相LiLaSiO4,并促进锂霞石在1350℃的晶体生长。含有镧的样品在603K以下锂离子锂离子电导率更高。
Lanthanum (La) has been used for the first time as an additive in the sol-gel precursor lithiumaluminosilicate (Li2O-Al2O3-2SiO2) to prepare β-eucryptite at different temperatures. The influence of Laadditive on the phase transition of β-eucryptite was studied by X-ray diffraction and differential scanningcalorimetry. Scanning electron microscope analysis showed that plenty of large aspect ratio rod-like β-eucryptite was formed in the sample containing La additive at 1180 C, and then gradually disappeared athigher sintering temperature. The La additive formed a low-temperature liquid phase LiLaSiO4 and promotedthe crystal growth of β-eucryptite at 1350 C. Li+ conductivity of bulk β-eucryptite with La additive washigher than that without La additive below 603 K.
