浅谈民营建筑企业集团人力资源管理的困境及解决措施

本文从分析当前我国民营建筑企业集团发展所遇到的困境入手,并对其人力资源管理困境进行了归纳总结。分析归纳认为民营建筑企业集团"重引进,轻开发","亲缘化"、"地缘化"的管理模式,项目经理不以公司利益为重,企业内部公平性不够这四点是造成企业发展困境的主要因素。然后就民营建筑企业集团所面临的人力资源困境提出了几点具体解决措施,即建立长期激励、加强创新激励、建立职业生涯、建立人才信息库并协调项目部与公司利益关系、文化整合。

Researching from the dilemma of the development of private construct enterprises, summing up the dilemma of the human resource management, I analyzed the management mode of private construct enterprises which pay much attention to bring in, ignore development, prefer to relatives and near ones, project manager don't consider the benefit of enterprise seriously, inner fairness are the main factors of dilemma of enterprise development. Then, I propose some detail measures to solve the problem, such as building up long-term encouragement, enhancing innovating encouragement, setting up professional career, founding information storeroom of human resource, and integrating the related culture and corporation benefit.
