水贫困指数在河西走廊三大内陆河流域的应用

日益严重的水资源短缺和水危机,推动着水资源评价方法不断发展。水贫困指数提供了一种简单、易行的方法,通过资源、途径、能力、利用和环境5个方面来定量评价国家或地区间水资源的相对水平。运用非均衡法,结合主客观组合赋权法确定每一分指标的权重,对河西走廊三大内陆河流域的WPI指数进行研究。结果与客观情况基本相符,并结合雷达图,初步分析各流域水资源状况的主要影响因素。
Increasingly serious water shortage and water crisis is promoting continuous development of water resources assessment methods. Considering resources, access, capacity, use and environment, Water Poverty Index provides a simple and easy way to quantitatively assess water resources relative level at national or regional scale. Using non-balance method and combining with the subjective and objective combination determining weights method, Water Poverty Index was applied at Three Inland River Basins in Hexi Corridor. The results are basically same to the objective circumstances and combining with the WPI radar map, the main influencing factors of water resources at basins was preliminarily discussed.
