一种改进的小波阈值图像去噪算法
n Improved Wavelet Threshold Algorithm for Image Denoising
分析了小波阈值去噪中估计小波系数的特性,在传统软阈值和硬阈值方法的基础上,针对硬阈值的不连续特性和软阈值的固定偏差特性,及折中算法的不可导性提出了一种基于小波系数连续的、可导的且阈值偏差可变的小波阈值消噪方法。在MATLAB实验平台上仿真,结果表明,无论是从视觉效果,还是从信噪比(SNR)及均方根误差(RMSE)来看,改进的阈值方法去噪效果优于传统的软、硬阈值及折中算法的去噪效果,并且易于实现。
ccording to analysis threshold estimation of wavelet cofficients by the conventional soft-threshold function and hard-threshold function, this paper aimed at the characteristics of the hard-threshold with discontinuous, shortcoming of the permanent bias in soft threshold function and the characteristics of the compromise function with non-derivative. This paper proposes a wavelet threshold de-nosing function which based on a fundation of wavelet continuous, derivative coefficients and variable threshold bias. By the simulated test on MATLAB, results show that, whether form the visual effects, or form signal to noise ratio (SNR) and the root mean square error (RMSE) of view, the improved thresholding de-noising effect is better than the traditional soft and hard threshold and the effect of a compromise de-noising algorithms. At last, this method is also be realized easily!
