本文研究采用Zn-Cd钎料在不同厚度和钎焊温度下对AZ31B和6061的钎焊性能进行研究。试验结果表明:在相同焊接温度下,200 μm的钎料钎焊接比100 μm的钎料焊接后的钎焊接头的剪切强度大;钎焊温度对钎焊接头的影响最大,钎焊温度采用390℃时,出现焊接不完全现象,当钎焊温度采用420℃时,又会出缩孔、裂纹和过烧等焊接缺陷;采用200 μm和410℃获得的焊缝的组织及力学性能是最佳的。

In this paper, the use of Zn-Cd solder thickness at different temperatures and soldering and brazing research on the performance of AZ31B 6061. The results show that: under the same welding temperature, 200 μm of the solder joints is larger than 100 μm in the solder after soldering solder joint shear strength; When the effects of brazing temperature on brazed joints largest brazing temperature using 390 ℃, the phenomenon appears incomplete welding, brazing temperature when using 420 ℃, will the craters, cracks and weld defects such as over-burning; Using 200 μm and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld obtained 410 ℃ is the best.
