杜塘水库春季沉积物氮营养盐释放速率研究

Research of the Releasing Flux of ammonia in the sedement of Dutang Reservoir in Spring

本文分析了杜塘水库进口、库心和大坝春季表层沉积物中氨氮和全氮含量,并应用原柱样静态释放实验和孔隙水扩散模型对氨氮释放速率进行了研究,结果表明,表层沉积物中氨氮的含量在173.12±3.12~235.61±2.39mg/kg之间,全氮含量在1569.34±17.84~2474.19±55.13mg/kg之间。进口、库心、大坝的氮的释放速率分别为42.13 mg•(m2•d)-1、74.61mg•(m2• d)–1和127.73 mg•(m2•d)–1;孔隙水扩散模型得出的三个点位的释放速率分别为39.92 mg•(m2•d)-1、71.19mg•(m2•d)–1、118.01mg•(m2•d)–1。两方法的测定结果比较接近,表明杜塘水库沉积物存在一定的内源氮释放能力。

We analysed the the concentration of ammonia and total nitrogen in the surface sediment of the Dutang Reservoir in spring .The results showed that the concentration of ammonia ranged from 173.12±3.12 to 235.61±2.39mg/kg and concentration of total nitrogen ranged from 1569.34±17.84 to 2474.19±55.13mg/kg. The intact sediment cores’ incubation and the pore water diffusive model were used for research of the ammonia releasing flux in the water-sediment interface in Dutang Reservoir in spring. The releasing fluxes of the inlet section, central section and dam section estimated with intact sediment cores’ incubation (R) were 42.39 mg•(m2•d)-1 , 74.95 mg•(m2•d) –1and 127.57 mg•(m2•d)-1 and the molecular diffusive flux (F) were 39.92mg•(m2•d)-1 , 71.19 mg•(m2•d) –1 and 118.01 mg•(m2•d) –1 respectively. The results showed that the sediment existed an obvious ammonia relief capability.
