This paper presents a new general polynomial supplementary method to solve Pythagorean theorem , used to make up for deficiencies in the General Pythagorean Theorem Solution, no need to search for non scale factor, instead of using the generalized factor, directly substituted into new formula calculated value of thigh and chord .It is a direct solution of the formula for Pythagorean theorem and after strict scientific mathematical proof, also to has a good scientific value and theoretical significance .To completely solve the problem of solving the Pythagorean theorem.
